Event coverage
We've filmed everything from a single breakfast session to multi-day trade expos running in two cities at once. Before the day, we sit down with your run sheet and work out exactly what needs covering and what you want to do with the footage afterwards. On the day, we stay out of the way and let your event happen.
We're based in Melbourne and travel wherever the job is. We've covered the Bunnings Trade Expo in Brisbane, Melbourne and New Zealand and cut supplier and customer edits from both. We've also covered Xerocon for Xero delivering multiple edits and a photography package. Including a quick photo with the creator of Bluey.

Send us the run sheet and tell us what the content is for. We'll come back with a coverage plan covering crew size, interviews and edit schedule. After the event you'll get a first cut, a round of changes, then final files formatted for wherever they're going.
FAQs
How much does event video cost?
It's in the 'piece of string' territory. After a quick phone call, we'll know straight away. It depends on how long the event runs and what you need at the end of it. Smaller events start at $7000.
How quickly will we get the video?
Social edits on the day or first thing the next morning. Highlight reels usually take 3-4 business days. Sooner if it's critical for a rushed delivery which would be reflected in the quote.
Do you travel?
Yes, regularly. Travel is built into the quote so there are no surprises.
How many camera operators do we need?
We recommend at least two cameras. While one is off doing interviews, camera two is still capturing the event. Once we've seen your run sheet we'll tell you honestly what it needs. A photographer is also a great option to include.
Can you film interviews on the day?
Yes. It's actually the best time to do it. We'll find a quiet corner and grab people between sessions.
Got an event coming up?
Send us the date and the details and we'll put a quote together.
